Japanese knives
The range includes Masahiro, Suncraft, Tetsuhiro and Dellinger knives. Most blades are made of VG-10 stainless steel hardened to 60–61 HRC: this hardness holds a sharp edge longer and allows a thinner sharpening angle. Gyuto, Santoku, Nakiri and Sashimi types differ in blade shape and purpose.
Sharpening stones
Edge sharpness is restored with King, Naniwa and Shapton water stones. Grit from 220 to 6000+ indicates the stage: lower for edge shaping, higher for final sharpness. We add Edge On Up testers so the result can be measured, not only felt.
Outdoor kitchen
Cook King fire bowls, concrete outdoor grills, grills and smokers form the outdoor kitchen line. Steel fire bowls and grates are made for open fire, concrete grills for stationary use.
