Masahiro BWH 140_110401 Knife Set

Masahiro set in a decorative package, consisting of BWH series knives: Chef 210 mm, Utility 150 mm and Utility 90 mm. The Chef knife is the most popular and frequently used knife for kitchen tasks, while its smaller versions – Utility 150 mm and Paring 90 mm knives – perfectly complement it. Smaller knives are ideal where the Chef knife blade is too large, for example, for slicing or peeling smaller items. Everything is packed in a beautiful box, creating a perfect gift set.

The characteristic Chef knife shape, originating from French cuisine, is used for many kitchen tasks, and the name "Chef knife" emphasizes that it is an indispensable tool for every cook. The knife is very light, and the handle fits securely in both small and large hands. Due to the perfect balance between the blade and the handle, it allows for a rhythmic, highly efficient, rocking motion on the surface when slicing or dicing various products.

Utility knife is a smaller version of the Chef knife. It's versatile for use wherever a Chef knife is too large.

Masahiro BWH 140_110401 Knife Set

BWH is a knife series developed based on the MV-H line. Molybdenum-vanadium, high-carbon stainless steel MBS-26 was also used, which underwent a three-stage hardening process to achieve a hardness of 58-59 HRC. Each blade has been perfected by masters with over 30 years of experience, making Masahiro knives exceptionally sharp.

The handle is made of wood called Black Pakkawood, whose numerous layers were compressed under high pressure and high temperature into a uniform, very durable, moisture- and water-resistant ma
