SHAPTON 50100 Stone Leveling Plate from Glass Stone Series
During sharpening, the surface of every stone, even the hardest, wears unevenly. This changes the edges of sharpened knives and introduces errors during sharpening. For perfect knife sharpening, the stone's surface must be uniformly flat and free of indentations. A special diamond plate mounted on a tempered glass base is used to correct Glass Stone series stones.
