SHAPTON K0703 water stone for sharpening 2000 grit

A series of traditional water stones with grit from 120 to 30,000. Each stone, in addition to individual marking with a product code, is also recognizable by its unique color. This allows for quick selection of the stone when sharpening knives. The stones are packed in special protective plastic boxes, which also serve as stands.    

The specially developed „Splash&Go“ technology prevents the stone from absorbing too much water. This allows you to generously spray the stone with water when sharpening knives again, without the need for prolonged re-soaking. Only when using the KUROMAKU stone for the first time, it needs to be soaked in water for about 6 minutes.    

KUROMAKU series stones can be used with both water and special sharpening oil. However, please note that once you choose oil as the medium that provides moisture to the stones, you will no longer be able to return to spraying the stones with water.
