Suncraft Sharpener HKS-01

Thanks to the SUNCRAFT Handy sharpener, you can sharpen knives safely and quickly. For this reason, knives remain in good condition for a long time. The sharpener is very simple and intuitive to use. It features three sharpening grooves, inside which are rods of different gradations: coarse, medium, fine.

Left groove -  diamond rod (coarse sharpening of very damaged blades)

Central groove -  carbide rod (sharpens medium-sharp knives)

Right groove -  ceramic rod (precise and fine sharpening)

Usage tips

1.  Hold the sharpener firmly by the handle and place it securely on a flat surface.

2.  Use the left sharpening groove (diamond rod) to pre-sharpen very dull knives or knives with a damaged cutting edge.

3.  Use the central sharpening groove (carbide rod) to fundamentally sharpen knives whose cutting edges have become dull due to standard use.

4.  Use the right sharpening groove (ceramic rod) to give the blade its final sharpness or to systematically sharpen the cutting edges of knives.

5.  Pull the knife along the sharpening grooves with moderate pressure. Simply drag the knife 5–6 times each time to achieve the desired effect.

6.  Use the right sharpening groove (ceramic rod) to finally sharpen the cutting edge after using the other sharpening grooves.

The sharpener is designed for double-edged knives (not suitable for single-edged knives and knives with serrated edges).
