Description

Suncraft SENZO JAPANESE Santoku Knife 167mm WA-04

The Santoku is a versatile Japanese-style knife, a competitor to the popular chef's knife in the West. Its name means "three virtues" or perhaps "three uses." There's a good reason for this – this knife is perfect for slicing meat, fish, and vegetables.

Anyone looking for Japanese-style knives should pay attention to the SENZO JAPANESE tool line. Knives in this series are made from high-carbon vanadium-molybdenum steel, which is ideal for knife manufacturing. Its use guarantees that the tool will remain sharp for a long time and successfully serve us for many years. Unlike many other SENZO product lines, JAPANESE knife handles are made not from Pakkawood, but from typical Japanese magnolia wood, reinforced with a stainless steel ring. For this reason, knives in this line feature an intriguing, oriental design.

The series includes knives that will be useful in every home: for peeling, carving, chef's knives and a smaller variant in the form of a utility knife, as well as santoku, sashimi, and deba knives characteristic of Japanese cuisine.
