Tetsuhiro santoku 170 mm — a versatile knife for mincing vegetables, fish, and meat in Japanese style.

Description

Tetsuhiro KAS Santoku 170 mm Kitchen Knife

Santoku is a blade highly characteristic of Japanese cuisine. Its distinctive, low-set tip, strongly curved spine, and flat working surface of the blade are ideal for grating, mincing, and slicing vegetables. However, do not let the appearance of this knife deceive you. Santoku is equally used for vegan or vegetarian cuisine as it is for cutting meat, sausages, and fish. It is an exceptionally versatile blade, and its wide profile allows you to easily transfer chopped ingredients to a pot or pan.

Features.

The minimalist Tetsuhiro knife series crafted from legendary Aogami Super steel. A simple blade with its sole embellishment being the katana-edge patterns. And a handle made of black micarta in a European style. But do not let this tranquility mislead you. Behind the KAS series lies an exceptionally high hardness of 65 HRC and an almost unheard-of sharpness. Knives from this series perform a true corrida in the kitchen and will not lose a single battle. If you need a blade that tolerates no compromise, you've come to the right place.
